Terms of Use

The short version: Kevin is a toy. Play with him, take his photo, share your prints. Kevin Plus is a one-time purchase through Apple, yours for as long as the app is available.

Agreement

These terms apply to the Kevin the Pig app for iPhone (“the app”), made by Paul Colton. By downloading or using the app you agree to them, and to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, which also applies. If anything here conflicts with Apple’s agreement, Apple’s agreement wins.

Kevin Plus

• Kevin Plus is an optional one-time purchase (not a subscription) that unlocks extra materials, lipstick, studio lights and other features, including ones added to Kevin Plus later.
• Payment is handled entirely by Apple through your Apple Account. The price is shown before you buy.
• Your purchase is tied to your Apple Account. Use Restore purchases to get it back on a new device or after reinstalling.
• Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Purchases are processed with the help of RevenueCat, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your photos

Photos you take of Kevin in the app are yours to keep and share, for any personal use. Kevin’s name, look and the app itself remain the property of the developer.

Fair use

Please don’t copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, or try to unlock paid features without buying them.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is”. We work hard to make Kevin delightful, but we can’t promise the app will always be available, error-free, or work on every device. To the extent the law allows, the developer isn’t liable for any loss arising from using the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.

Changes

The app and these terms may change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date; continuing to use the app means you accept them.
